Nikki Way joined Civic Consulting Alliance in June 2022 as a Communications Senior Associate.

Nikki brings over a decade of nonprofit experience as a volunteer, staff, and board member. Prior to joining Civic Consulting Alliance, she worked for two of Chicago's historic community-based settlement houses: Association House of Chicago and Onward Neighborhood House. While at Association House of Chicago, Nikki managed all aspects of special events and marketing. As Onward Neighborhood House’s first Director of Development and Communications, she overhauled development and communications processes to significantly increase awareness and private funding for the organization.

Nikki holds a bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Columbia College Chicago. In her free time, she enjoys making art, hiking, and gardening.
