Katherine Ritter (she/her) is a rising third-year student at the University of Chicago, pursuing degrees in Business Economics and Environmental Science. Originally from the Bay Area, she worked with two local government bodies in her home county last summer, supporting their Climate Action Committees and the implementation of their Climate Action Plans. On campus, Katherine is a part of the Phoenix Sustainability Initiative on the Green Partnerships Team, the Environmental Research Group, and various philanthropic efforts through her sorority. Professionally, Katherine is primarily interested in the intersections between sustainability and business. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, tap dancing, and listening to true crime podcasts.
