Kaylin joined Civic Consulting Alliance as an Analyst in July 2022.

She previously worked as a youth council lead at Mikva Challenge in Chicago, a nonprofit agency focused on cultivating civic engagement and community action amongst young people in Cook County. There, she oversaw youth programming to address safety issues in the New City and Back of the Yards communities on the city’s South Side.

Kaylin graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in law, history, and society, and African American and diaspora studies. At Vanderbilt, she led a coalition of student activists in furthering the university’s economic equity and racial justice initiatives for students, faculty, and staff members. Kaylin was also a resident adviser and a member of the Vanderbilt chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). In her free time, you can find Kaylin spending time with her sisters (she’s a triplet!) and playing the Hamilton soundtrack on repeat.
