Luna Luna

Luna joined Civic Consulting Alliance as an Analyst in May of 2021.

Luna previously interned at nonprofits in Chicago and Washington D.C., providing direct services and counsel to clients and community members around housing, employment, immigration, and tax services. This included serving on the Policy and Advocacy team of United We Dream (UWD), the nation's largest immigrant youth-led network, on the Community Initiatives team of La Casa Norte, and in the Legal Services Department of The Resurrection Project.

Born in Mexico and raised in a low-income household in the southwest side of Chicago, Luna graduated from Georgetown University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in government. Luna is a member of the Young Professionals Advisory Council (YPAC) of Mujeres Latinas en Accion and the Chicago Scholars Alumni Leadership Association (ALA) Board. In their spare time, Luna enjoys morning jogs, going on coffee runs, and staying involved with immigrant rights organizations and coalitions.
