Elise Dagley joined Civic Consulting Alliance as a Program Assistant in November, 2018. She provides support for internal operations such as recruiting, partner management, and professional development.

Elise has aided some of the most vulnerable populations as a mental health worker and program manager across the mental health, social service, and education sectors. Prior to Civic Consulting Alliance, she was a Program Coordinator and Consultant at Ileri, Inc. dba Project Promise where she consulted on several mental health and youth development initiatives for the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Elise is a native of Chicago. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design, and a Master of Arts in Psychology from National Louis University. Outside of work, Elise enjoys dancing, reading, and exploring restaurants in Chicago.
